Manager, Human Resources & Administration

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, project insurance, inventory, order/ office maintenance, budgeting, etc.
  • Formulate, implement and revamp the current company guidelines
  • Lead a team to provide HR activities and administration duties
  • Consolidate and prepare HR reports for managements to review
  • Prepare HR reports and proposals to Management
  • Handle the internal and external audit such as ISO audit
  • Provide strategic and professional advice to senior management on HR related issues
  • Provide support and advice to line departments on HR related matters and staff issues
  • Be responsive and handle staff’s issues
  • Handling ad hoc project as required

Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration and related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years all-rounded personnel experience including 2 years at supervisory level
  • Solid hand on experience on Airport/Contractor/Logistic operations
  • Ability to multi-task between daily operations and project initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion to work in a fast pacing and dynamic environment
  • Conversant with the Employment and related Ordinances
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Change agent, customer focused, detail minded, proactive, execute with excellence and result-orientate
  • Working Location: Regal Airport Hotel & Airport Area
  • Must completed COVID-19 Vaccine***
