THE EID CULTURE

The “i” in the middle of the logo symbolizes a person, which is speaking a people-focused management strategy. Kwan joined EID as a part-time Trolley Assistant in 2014. Having determined to pursue his career in airport operations, Kwan was quickly promoted to the position of Supervisor in recognition of his outstanding performance. In 2019, Kwan was further promoted to Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and manpower deployment, leading a team of over 100 frontline employees. His story is an inspiration to others, and we are proud to have Kwan on our team.

“Looking back, it’s been a long journey, but I'm proud of the progress we've made.”
We will feature some inspiring stories of our staff members in the coming issues. This month, we are excited to share with you a story about one of our outstanding employees, Ms. Li Yuen Chee from Baggage Unloading Services, who has received a 10-year Long Service Award this year, making her the first employee to achieve this milestone.
Ms. Li has been an invaluable member of EID since 2013. As a supervisor, she has consistently demonstrated strong work ethics and a positive attitude, setting a shining example for her colleagues. When reflecting on her journey, Ms. Li shared, “I remember the first day that the Baggage Unloading Services commenced in 2018. It was difficult at the beginning as there were significant changes to the baggage handling operations. Looking back, it’s been a long journey, but I’m proud of the progress we’ve made.”
We extend our warmest congratulations to Ms. Li on this impressive achievement. Her dedication and commitment to EID are truly inspiring, and we wish her continued success in her career.
